Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems, mobile devices, and printers
- Document IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on technology best practices and new tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
