Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
- Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT processes, create SOPs, and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting skills for on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours for system maintenance
