Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN systems
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with network engineers on system integrations and upgrades
- Lead incident response during critical outages with SLA-driven resolution
- Mentor junior support staff through technical training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expert knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and SCCM deployment
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid US government security clearance preferred
