Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and network systems
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise applications and business-critical systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and hybrid environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical staff
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site support
