Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Collaborate with network and security teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with help desk experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and enterprise networking
- Strong customer service skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
