Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
