Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Execute system deployments, migrations, and security patching
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery drills
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide escalation support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
