Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain the company's Active Directory and user access permissions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure optimal uptime and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
