Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Active Directory
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Document IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service management
- Lead IT projects including workstation refreshes and system migrations
- Mentor junior support staff and provide escalation support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
