Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for escalated troubleshooting
- Support office 365 and cloud-based applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
