Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations within Active Directory.
- Perform workstation imaging, deployment, and software installation using SCCM or similar tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT incidents, changes, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, GoToAssist) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
