Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security solutions
- Lead incident response for critical outages and disaster recovery scenarios
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software lifecycle management
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with Windows Server 2019+ and Azure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and modern endpoint management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
