Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage and resolve user tickets via helpdesk system with 24-hour SLA
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based applications
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
