Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Deploy and maintain virtualization systems (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and software migrations
- Provide user training on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/Intune and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
