What you'll do:
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and configure Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams and Exchange.
- Perform proactive maintenance on workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
- Assist in the deployment and imaging of new hardware and software updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and support procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
