Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain Windows-based workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize IT systems
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/O365) and virtualization
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks preferred
