Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and system security protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Document technical procedures and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex infrastructure challenges
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duty
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
