Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints and mobile devices
- Execute security protocols including patch management and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Lead IT projects including software rollouts and hardware refreshes
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with hands-on system administration experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) fundamentals
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid Missouri driver's license for occasional client site visits
