Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex network connectivity issues.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our ITSM software.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or related field (A+, Network+ preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and stand for extended periods during deployments.
