Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments using SCCM
- Monitor and resolve security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Implement cloud solutions (Azure/O365) for client environments
- Mentor junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/Active Directory expertise
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- CCNA or relevant networking certification preferred
