Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 150+ employees including hardware troubleshooting, OS installations, and network connectivity issues
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments for user account provisioning and access control
  • Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR, patch management, and vulnerability scanning
  • Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles using Confluence and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and cloud service management
  • Lead IT projects including workstation refresh cycles and system migrations
  • Mentor junior support staff and conduct monthly IT training sessions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
  • Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Wi-Fi optimization
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
  • Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
