Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 150+ employees including hardware troubleshooting, OS installations, and network connectivity issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments for user account provisioning and access control
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR, patch management, and vulnerability scanning
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles using Confluence and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, software licensing, and cloud service management
- Lead IT projects including workstation refresh cycles and system migrations
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct monthly IT training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Wi-Fi optimization
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
