Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365), and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune/SCCM)
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and system migrations
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for operational efficiency
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct user training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL practices
- Strong analytical skills for complex issue resolution
- Excellent communication abilities with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional on-site visits
