Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR)
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes and system migrations
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide after-hours on-call support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
