Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory.
  • Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair workstations, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
