Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Provide onboarding/offboarding support for employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years in desktop/server support or helpdesk role
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
