Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ users across hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure with precision
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN configurations
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and patch management processes
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated issues and service contracts
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service aptitude
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
