Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS platforms
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to 100+ users
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, G Suite, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
