Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage and optimize Azure/O365 cloud infrastructure and security protocols
- Lead hardware/software deployment projects including endpoint management solutions
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives
- Monitor and resolve network/performance issues using SolarWinds and Kaseya
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technology implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM)
- Strong Azure/O365 administration and security fundamentals
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics (Wireshark, PingPlotter)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
