Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Administer cloud infrastructure including Azure/AWS environments and SaaS platforms
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols for endpoint protection
- Lead IT projects including network upgrades and system migrations
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Provide Tier 3 support escalation for critical business systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in varied physical environments
