Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Track all support requests and tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
