Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
- Train users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
