Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using remote access tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Document all IT incidents, changes, and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (occasional onsite visits required)
