Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Perform troubleshooting on Windows and macOS operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the IT inventory, including asset tracking and procurement.
- Configure and support end-user devices, ensuring optimal security and performance.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Conduct regular onsite visits to resolve complex technical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
