Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
  • Perform troubleshooting on Windows and macOS operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage and maintain the IT inventory, including asset tracking and procurement.
  • Configure and support end-user devices, ensuring optimal security and performance.
  • Document all support tickets and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to resolve complex technical issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
