Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune, Jamf)
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Lead incident management and system monitoring for 24/7 operations
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
