Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and system optimization projects
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices
- Oversee vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, macOS, and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, or equivalent
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or ITSM platforms
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
