Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based security protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and server infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and new software deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
