Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain the company's computer inventory and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and patch operating systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
