Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) for forecasting trends
- Document methodologies and present findings to non-technical leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and data visualization best practices
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Healthcare or retail industry experience preferred
