We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly and our employees have the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Ensure timely resolution of hardware and software issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
