Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and security permissions.
  • Install, configure, and patch operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and productivity software.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain knowledge base integrity.
  • Collaborate with the network team to ensure infrastructure reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
