Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and security permissions.
- Install, configure, and patch operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and productivity software.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain knowledge base integrity.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure infrastructure reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry hardware equipment as needed for setup and repairs.
