Responsibilities
- Deliver first/second-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 500+ employees
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS endpoints, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware
- Resolve complex network, security, and application issues within SLA requirements
- Implement IT security protocols including MFA, encryption, and access controls
- Document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure) and system upgrades
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience in high-volume environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, cloud, and endpoint issues
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant degree or equivalent technical certifications
