Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Provide endpoint security support including VPN configuration and patch management
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network engineers on system integrations and upgrades
- Deliver user training on productivity tools and security protocols
- Support AV equipment and conference room technology
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate IT support with help desk focus
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Active CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tools
- Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to prioritize tickets and manage SLAs effectively
- Available for on-call rotation and occasional weekend work
