Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets within SLA requirements
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop configurations and peripheral devices
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize complex tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site support
