Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to extract, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with government sector focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Strong understanding of federal data reporting requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
