Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign performance
- Maintain documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
