This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in our Center City Philadelphia office, with immediate start date. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights that fuel innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present insights to C-level executives through executive storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through quality control protocols and documentation
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to solve complex business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
