Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint security systems
- Diagnose and resolve system outages with SLA adherence
- Implement and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology deployments
- Train end-users on new systems and cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting
- Certification: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent required
- Proficiency in SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and cloud technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to document complex processes
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
