Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues via remote and on-site support
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop configurations across Windows and macOS
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Conduct periodic system audits and implement security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software diagnostics
- Customer-focused approach with exceptional communication abilities
