Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex user issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, cloud services, and security protocols
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate ticketing records in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technology solutions
- Conduct user training sessions on emerging software and security best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven scenarios
