Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, or ML algorithms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
- Experience with healthcare or energy industry data preferred
